Over the last 20 years, we have built a world-class holistic model for hockey development. We teach and measure: tactical and technical skill acquisition; mobility and strength enhancement; nutritional intake and outputs; emotional intelligence and mental toughness; and personal leadership.
We offer two options: Full (9-weeks) and Partial (4 weeks) to suit player and family needs. Our experienced Ignite coaches proactively work with players to design and take ownership of their game and goals, in hockey and life.
We know that hockey is a results-based, dynamic team sport where elite players gain motivation and confidence when they can connect results to the hard work they put it.
Player statistics and measurable outcomes are intentionally designed into our Ignite off-season program to ensure progress, identify areas of improvement, and have players reach their summer goals by the end of the program. We test on-ice (max speed, acceleration) and off-ice (R/L agility, vertical, sprints), provide personality assessments for Strengths and EQ, and co-create customized Individual Action Plans with every player in our system.
Through our application process and attention to Ignite team culture, we ensure our off-season groups attract students-of-the-game who show up every day to compete with themselves, be good teammates, and are all-in to grow as athletes and as people.
